		<description>I don't understand - in your last paragraph 'Conclusion' ...that a page with page rank of 2 can and will outrank a page with a page rank of 6 in a search results page. Do you mean that even with a lower PR your placement in a search can be "#1 on page 1"? 
I also like to ask: do non-reciprocated quality links count AT ALL as far as Google is concerned?</description>
