There are plenty of sites out there that have been SEO'd to death for on-page content, they've got the keyword density all "tuned" up to whatever value they think will work etc, but still have javascript links and framed content! Meanwhile the dub-dub-dub version and non dub-dub-dub version still show up and they internally link to index.html instead of "/".
