Update 4/18/07 - Adam hinted, Vanessa delivered. Two new tools rolled out in Webmaster tools. A much more involved content removal system to give you even more control and expanded page analysis that now includes phrases.

I believe you’ll see really cool new tools and information in Webmaster Tools which will answer an increasing majority of questions we now see in the forum.
Vannesa Fox elaborated on this a bit more in her uneasily casual conversation that was taped with Rand Fishkin. I don’t want to steal their thunder and paraphrase it, so suffice it to say it’s well worth watching and listening to.

No Aaron, it’s not just me. The stats back up my claims as well, but thanks for having the guts to publicly bring it to everyone’s attention.
Google employees have been offering less and less information and help in the Webmasters Help Group. The decrease has been dramatic in the last month or so. From a high of 4.5 posts per day in February down to a new low of less than 1.0 post a day this month. Adam Lasnik has fallen off the map completely the last month, with Vanessa’s departure a bit sooner than that.

I look at a lot of sites trying to answer peoples questions. Usually there are subtle problems with a site that can be fixed relatively easily. Then every once and a while I run into one that just blows my mind.
Google currently Google has 234 274, let me repeat that: 234! 274!pages of this crap spam in their index.

I was tagged by Sebastian to take part in the 5 reasons why I blog meme.
- This domain was set up a couple years ago as a test site to run experiments on ecommerce platforms before they went live. After all of that foolishness was over I decided to do something else with it as I had paid for the hosting in advance, and I threw up a blogger blog to make publishing easy…errr…or so I thought I soon realized that blogger was the most buggy interface in the world and switch to wordpress.
