		<description>I've proposed this before, and it made a "thud" you could hear the world over.

Have you ever tried to send Microsoft an email?  They make you go through 300 automated question and answer logic trees before you get to the page that finally says, "Okay, please ask your question" Pain in the A$$ yes, but I bet it weeds out a lot of questions, that have been asked and answered 1000s of times.

This is not that difficult, just needs someones full attention other than as a passing fancy.  

I didn't know their archives don't go back all the way, maybe they could add a paypal donate button so that Google could afford a  couple other servers.</description>
