Susan helped me out with an issue I reported, and I have to say kudos to her. She seems to be bringing a new focus to the Group which is to be applauded.

Thanks Susan if you see this :)

It is a good sign and as you say should be approached with caution, one month does not a trend make. We've seen promises before, this time I am looking for action and not words. I'm half expecting the holidays and conference schedules excuses to start flowing pretty soon though, as if the webmastering community can take a few months off and wait for support.

I have noticed that you've really been a great help to a lot of people. It's efforts like that which make me miss the group.

We'll just have to wait and see.

Yup... Susan Moskwa has certainly pulled out the stops this month, as have people across the board in one way or another.
I was looking at the post stats for the Googlers yesterday, and there is an increase with pretty much everyone, even if not as drastic as it's been with Susan.

All in all I've been quite impressed with Googler involvement this month.
That said, it's early days yet, isn't it? Time will tell if it's a developing trend or just a flash in the pan.
